We offer full transparency in our complaints process, ensuring that all concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
When it comes to registering a concern with your vehicle, we encourage customers to reach out to our Aftersales team in the first instance. Our dedicated team will take full details of the issue and if required arrange for an inspection of the vehicle at the earliest opportunity. We will then work with you to agree on the most appropriate next steps to address the issue at hand.
If you are not satisfied with the agreed next steps or wish to raise a complaint regarding the service you have received, our Customer Service team is here to assist. We ask that you provide specific details when making a complaint, including your name, contact information, vehicle registration, make and model, and the nature of the complaint.
Once we receive your complaint, we will acknowledge it within 14 working days and keep you updated on our progress. Our team will launch an investigation and aim to provide a full explanation within 28 days. If the investigation is complex and requires more time, we will communicate any delays to you promptly. We value transparency and believe in keeping our customers informed throughout the process.
If you are not satisfied with our final decision we will inform you of your right to refer the matter to the financial ombudsman service for further assistance by calling 03001239123 and asking for advice.
